Booking and Deposit Policy
Version 1
A booking is confirmed after studio approval and verified deposit payment.
Bookings are submitted through the calendar and are marked pending until the studio reviews and approves your selected slot.
Once approved, the required deposit amount and bank transfer details are shown in your booking dashboard.
Your appointment is confirmed after the transfer is verified by the studio team.
Cancellation Policy
Version 1
Please notify the studio as early as possible when rescheduling or cancelling.
If you need to reschedule, contact the studio as soon as possible so your slot can be adjusted.
Late cancellations may affect deposit handling depending on preparation already completed for your booking.
Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require full prepayment for future appointments.
